FAQ

  • How will I know if an item is restocked?
    I will attempt to keep most items in stock. If an item is out of stock I will post any updates about restocking on my social media platforms as well as occasional newletter emails.
  • What is my response time?
    I will typically respond within 24-48 hours, however sometimes I may be delayed. Please check my social media in case I have closed the workshop for the holidays or vacation.
  • How can you contact me?

  • What are the care instructions for each toy?
    Each toy has a care instructions label that also lists the materials. Generally the vegan leather items are wipe only with a wet cloth and air dry. Cotton toys should be hand washed and air dried but not submerged as water can get into the squeakers and cause them to stop working.
  • Is tracking provided?
    No, tracking will not be provided unless the total order total is over $200. However I will do my best to let you know when your item has been shipped.
  • How does local delivery or pick-up work?
    Local delivery can be provided winth certain areas of Toronto and the GTA. I will contact you to arrange a meeting/delivery point. You can also pick-up your items at PALS Toronto events. You will be able to pick up from my table or the main desk depending on if I am attending.
  • Who do I ship with?
    Typically I will ship with Canada Post, however this may change due to ongoing issues with strikes. In this case, if you are within the GTA or planning on attending any PALS events please choose local pick up/delivery as this will ensure you get your items.
  • Where do I ship?
    Currently I am only shipping within Canada.
  • When will my order ship?
    Typically I will ship within 3-5 business days if the item is in stock. Pre-orders for items out of stock will be shipped in order of when it was placed, and I will communicate the time frame or any delays. I cannot provide a guarenteed delivery date at this time.
  • Can I return a product?
    Currently, I am not accepting returns/refunds. Under certain circumstances I may process a refund/return/replacement, so please reach out.
